Refrigerant Dryers ILTEKSAN (direct expansion) refrigeration dryers are based on the principle of condensation by compressed air cooling, through a refrigeration circuit. The dryers are available in both the stand-alone version and integrated in the compressor (on request) The dryers ILTEKSAN use an aluminium drying module patented for compressed air treatment. Aluminium guarantees high resistance to corrosion, excellent thermal conductibility and mechanical resistance, together with a high level of recyclability.
ADVANTAGES
Limited pressure drop, even in case of extreme load
Extremely constant dewpoint also under variable working conditions
Excellent performances, thanks to the counter-flows of air-refrigerant exchanger
Large exchange surface, favouring a correct and complete refrigerant evaporation (avoiding liquid backflow in the compressor)
Low maintenance and excellent air drying
Refrigeration dryers ILTEKSAN have air flow ranging from 20 to 16.800 m3/min and working pressure from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 16 bar.
The series GOLD have air flow ranging from 20 to 12.000 m3/min and working pressure from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 16 bar, ensuring dew point +3°in pressure in any application.
The series GOLD Water have air flow ranging from 20 to 16.800 m3/min and working pressure from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 16 bar, ensuring dew point +3°in pressure in any application.
The series SILVER have air flow ranging from 30 to 330 m3/min and working pressure from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 16 bar, ensuring dew point +5° in pressure in any application.
The series TUNGESTEN have air flow ranging from 36 to 270 m3/min and working pressure from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 16 bar, ensuring dew point +3°in pressure , with inlet temperature ranging up to 100° end ambient temperature up to 50°.
According to environmental protection regulations ILTEKSAN uses recyclable materials and low GWP (Global Warming Potential) refrigerants for its dryers.
The solutions GOLD,SILVER ,TUNGESTEN, are ideal for various kinds of applications, such as the mechanical, graphics, food, chemical, textile industry; for pneumatic cylinders and coating plants.
